GQA worked with Berkeley Group Holdings in November 2005 to assist with the production of conversion proposals for the alteration and restoration of Roehampton House, designed by both Thomas Archer and Edwin Lutyens.

The Grade I listed house at Roehampton Lane, Roehampton was occupied by Queen Mary's Hospital from 1915 to 1983 and in 2010 the house turned hospital was coverted into 24 apartments and houses.
