Chester Terrace, overlooking Regent's Park, forms part of John Nash's vision for a processional route from Buckingham Palace, terminating with his imposing stucco terraces. GQA successfully negotiated with the Crown Estate and the local authority for a major upgrade of one of the houses, to bring it up to modern standards whilst reinstating its lost character and details. GQA's proposals involved the gutting of the interior and replacing the services, whilst also modifying the layout to provide a more usable set of rooms for a family.
